    • Jordan Geotze, Rebecca Nelson, Kyle Ryan, and Josh Philippy are getting access to the ACM bank account
    • All new EC needs to register with national ACM

        • A statement is required for the trip

          • All organizations need to be apart of the Volunteer Network

            • Enforcing the guidelines more. ACM computers should not be used for games before 4 pm
            • If flash games become a problem, they will be banned
            • The Windows ACM computers need to be re installed

              • We will be collecting all the keys that have been handed out
              • Assignment of new Extended Cabinet will be for next year

                • A typo was found and fixed in the constitution
                • The constitution will not be revised as of right now

                  • The website will not be changed

                  • Meetings
                    • We plan to meet over the summer, we will decide when to meet at the first meeting
                    • Stopping current meetings the week after dead week
                    • The last official meeting will be on May 2nd
                    • Skype, IRC, or Nilchat were mentioned for Online meetings but we did not decide on with service to use

                      • EC will need to show up early for the picnic at Island Park
                      • Josh Philippy has been given a shopping list for the picnic

                        • All the new EC have been given each other their phone number to contact them in the future

                          • There will be a section on the whiteboard for ACM event, the rest of the whiteboard will still be used for drawing and homework
