• We will not be having a presentation this year, holding the idea for future semesters

ACM Picnic

• May 7^th, Saturday of dead week at 10am to 3pm

• Location

  • Unanimous vote to have picnic at Oak Grove

  • Zech will be reserving a shelter at (701) 499-6091

• Bring Frisbees and other outdoor games

• In the event of bad weather, we will hold the picnic in the ACM office

• Food

  • Grab food day of the event (at Sunmart)

  • Hamburger (20)

  • Brats (10)

  • Hotdogs (10)

  • Snack items (5 or 6 bags of “something”)

  • Buns

  • Desserts/Salads

  • A few 2-liters of pop

  • Bring your own food

• Austen will talk with Megan to get charcoal and cooking utensils
