EC Minutes for 18 January Meeting:

To be discussed:

• Candy Machine
• LAN Party

Candy Machine:

• Austen motions to have the Member at Large manage the candy machine
  • Motion Passes
  • Josiah now manages the candy machine as well as the pop machine

LAN Party:

• We need to figure out the situation with the tables
  • We will borrow tables and chairs from the coffee shop
• All in attendance at the meeting will be attending the LAN party

Else:

• What will we do for our next full member meeting?
  • Nathan will talk to somebody from Syncada to possibly come in February to give a talk
  • We may speak with Appareo to have them come in February as well
